These units contain a separate bedroom, traditional kitchen with laundry amenities, a private covered balcony and private terraces from 47m² to 107m² .This unit type has a Multi-Purpose room that can be used as a bedroom, study or an office.

 

 

 

Type B apartments, with a unit area of 65-70m². These units contain a separate bedroom, traditional kitchen with laundry amenities, and a combined lounge/dining area adjoining private balconies or terraces.

 

 

 

Type C apartments, with a unit area of 64.6m². These units contain a separate bedroom, traditional kitchen with laundry amenities, and a combined lounge/dining area adjoining private balconies.

 

 

 

Type D apartments, with a total unit area of approx 62m². These units contain a separate bedroom, traditional kitchen with laundry amenities, and a combined lounge/dining area adjoining private balconies. This unit type has a built in study area with retractable wall bed for guests.

 

 

 

Type E apartments  have a unit area of 50-52m² and each contain a bedroom, bathroom, galley kitchen with laundry amenities, and living/dining area adjoining a private balcony or terrace.

A feature screen adjoins the entry of the apartment allowing privacy to the bed space or to allow the compact one bedroom to remain open as desired.
